Cooking Ingredients for Pineapple Ambrosia Recipe
3 c Miniature marshmallows
1 cn (20-oz) crushed pineapple
-(in own juice); drained
1 cn (20-oz) pineapple chunks in
-juice; or tidbits, drained
1 cn (11-oz) water-packed
-mandarin oranges; drained
1 c Fat-free plain or
-tropical-flavored yogurt
1/2 c Flaked coconut
Pineapple Ambrosia Preparation
In a large bowl, gently combine the marshmellows, crushed pineapple, pineapple chunks or tidbits, oranges, yogurt and coconut. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Makes 10 side-dish servings. Calories: 133 Fat: 1g Calories from fat: 7% Cholesterol: 0 NOTES : Leftover ambrosia keeps well in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
