Cooking Ingredients for Pineapple Bundt Carrot Cake Recipe

3 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1-1/2 ts Baking soda
2 ts Cinnamon
1-1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Baking powder
1 8 3/4 oz crushed pineapple
2 c Grated carrots
3 Eggs beaten
1-1/2 c Oil
1-1/2 c Chopped nuts
2 ts Vanilla

Pineapple Bundt Carrot Cake Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together. drain pineapple and reserve juice. add juice to dry mixture. add eggs, oil and vanilla. Beat for 3 minutes. Stir in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
