4 Radishes, chopped
2 Green onions (with tops),

1 Clove garlic, finely chopped
2 tb Chopped green pepper
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Dairy sour cream
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Ground red pepper
Raw vegetabtes or
-assorted crackers

Ricotta Cheese Spread Preparation
