2 c Nonfat ricotta cheese
1/3 c Sugar
1/4 ts Vanilla
1/2 pk Light cream cheese, (8-ounce
-size)
Ricotta Cream Preparation
Prepare Tangy Fruit Salsa. Place remaining ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth. Spoon into 6 dessert dishes.
