2 Nectarines; pitted
1 Papaya; seeded
1 Chile pepper (your
-favorite); minced
1 Handful cilantro; chopped
1 sm Onion; chopped
Drizzle olive oil
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper; to taste

Risag s Nectarine Salsa Preparation

Chop up the nectarine and the papaya. Place in small bowl. Add chopped onion, cilantro, chile pepper, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Mix well. Refrigerate for several hours to meld flavors.
