Cooking Ingredients for Ritz Pie Recipe
3 Egg whites, beaten until
-stiff
1 c Sugar
1/2 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Vanilla
1/2 c Walnuts, or pecans
19 Ritz crackers, crushed fine
1/2 pt Heavy cream, whipped
Ritz Pie Preparation
Grease pie tin. Set stiff egg whites aside. Mix together sugar, baking powder, vanilla, nuts and crackers. Fold in egg whites to mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
