Cooking Ingredients for Roast Chicken Stuffing Recipe
2 c Seasoned bread stuffing mix
1/2 c Butter
1/4 c Seedless raisins
1/4 c Apple – chopped
1/4 c Celery – chopped
2 tb Walnuts – chopped
1/4 c Chicken stock
Roast Chicken Stuffing Preparation
Saute stuffing mix in melted butter for 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly, adding more chicken stock if the stuffing seems too dry for your taste. Will stuff a 6 to 7 pound roaster. Recipe By : Elizabeth Powell From: Date: 05/27
