Cooking Ingredients for Beef Spinach Pasta Recipe
1 pk Spinach; thawed chopped
1 lb Ground beef
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c Ricotta
1-1/2 c Noodles; cooked
1 cn (3 oz) Fried onions
Beef Spinach Pasta Preparation
Micro spinach on high 3-4 minutes. Remove and break into pieces, drain well. Brown ground beef, drain well. Combine spinach, soup, cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Mix with hamburger. Add noodles and half the can of onions. Micro on high 5 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Micro on high for 5-7 minutes.
