Cooking Ingredients for Rose Jelly Recipe

2 c Bottled apple juice
1 qt Prepared rose petals
3-1/2 c Sugar
1-1/2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Rose water
Few drops red food coloring
1/2 Bottle; (4 ounces) fruit
-pectin.

Rose Jelly Preparation

Simmer apple juice and rose petals for 5 minutes. Cover and let stand off the heat for 15 minutes. Strain. Add sugar, lemon juice, rose water, and a few drops red food coloring to the liquid. Bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Add the fruit pectin, bring to a full rolling boil for one minutes. Stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim off foam. Pour into hot sterilized jars.
