Cooking Ingredients for Rosemary Focaccia Recipe

1/2 lb Frozen pizza or bread dough;
-thaw
1-1/2 tb Oil
1 tb Fresh rosemary; chop, or 1
-teaspoon dried, crumble
1/4 ts Cracked black pepper
1/4 ts Coarse salt
1/2 c Roasted red peppers; dice

Rosemary Focaccia Preparation

Combine oil, rosemary, salt and pepper. Roll dough into 10 circle; place on grill. Cook, covered, 2 minutes. Turn crust; brush with oil mixture and sprinkle with 1/3 c red peppers.
