1 oz Butter; (25g)
1/2 ts Schwartz Minced Garlic
2 ts Schwartz Rosemary
3 ts Schwartz Chives
Salt
Schwartz Coarse Ground Black

Rosemary Potatoes 2 Preparation

Par boil the potatoes in salted water until just cooked but still firm. Slice in half. Heat the oil and butter in a large pan. Add the potatoes and Minced Garlic and fry gently until browned evenly.
