Cooking Ingredients for Runners Granola Bars Recipe

4 c Grape-Nut Flakes
2 c Grape-Nuts with raisins
1/4 c Flour
1/2 c Shredded coconut
1/2 c Chopped nuts
1/3 c Peanut butter chips
1 Stick margarine
1/3 c Light corn syrup; or more
1/3 c Honey; or more

Runners Granola Bars Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Bring margarine, syrup and honey to a hard boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour over dry ingredients and stir until all is moist.
