Cooking Ingredients for Russian Dressing #1 Recipe

1/4 c Granulated sugar
1/4 c Apple cider vinegar or wine
-vinegar
3/4 ts Cloves; ground
1 Clove garlic; whole
1/2 c Salad oil
1 c Tomato ketchup
1/2 c Water

Russian Dressing #1 Preparation
