Cooking Ingredients for Beef Teriyaki 2 Recipe
1-1/2 lb Trimmed beef loin; cut in
-1/8 slices
1/4 c Soy sauce
1/4 c Vegetable oil
2 tb Dry white wine
1 ts Sugar
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 tb Cornstarch
Beef Teriyaki 2 Preparation
Mix soy sauce, veg.oil, wine,sugar,ginger, and garlic in large bowl. Stir in beef, coating thorougly. Cover and refridgerate 1 hour. Drain beef, reserving marinade. Cook & stir beef in 10 skillet over medium heat stirring frequently until light brown. Add enough water to reserved marinade to measure 1/2 cup. Shake with cornstarch in tightly covered container. Stir gradually into beef. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, reduce heat; simmer uncovered 5 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
