Cooking Ingredients for Russian Sausage Recipe

5 lb Pork; grind medium
2 lg Onions; finely chopped
2 tb Garlic; minced
1 c Parsley; chopped
1 tb Salt
2 tb Dill seeds
3 tb Caraway seeds
1 tb Black pepper
2 c Cold water

Russian Sausage Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into hog casing. Bake at 350F, approximately 1 hour. NOTES : This is the recipe for Jerry Predika”s grandmother”s sausage. He says it”s really great. Recipe by: Jerry Predika The Sausage Making Cookbook Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
