Cooking Ingredients for Rye Pancakes Recipe
3 Eggs; beaten
1/3 c Molasses
1-1/2 c Milk
3 c Rye flour
2 tb Nutritional yeast
1 ts Salt
Rye Pancakes Preparation
Blend eggs, molasses and milk. Sift remaining ingredients together and stir into liquid mixture. Drop spoonfuls onto hot oiled pan or griddle. Brown lightly on both sides. Serves 6.
