3 Eggs, beaten
1 c Milk
3 tb Butter or margarine, melted
2/3 c All-purpose flour
1/3 c Rye flour
1/2 ts Salt

Rye Popovers Preparation

Rye Popovers Combine eggs, milk, and butter in mixing bowl. Add flours and salt. Beat with rotary beater or wire whisk until smooth. Pour batter into 6 greased muffin cups, stirring through batter often to prevent settling. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Pierce each popover to let out steam.
