1/3 c Brown Sugar
1 tb Gluten
1 ts Lecithin
1 ts Dough enhancer
1 ts Salt
5-1/4 c Bread Flour
3/4 c Rye Flour
2 ts Yeast

Sailboat Rye Bread (Abm) Preparation

** I have substituted Applesauce for Butter ** I have substituted 2T dry milk powder + 8 oz water for the water and milk combination. (I also have a Zoji, larger size Regal, small and large Panasonic…but the Regal seems to excel at dark flour breads, so I prefer to use it for this bread.
