1 Head Red Leaf lettuce;
-rinsed & thoroughly dried
Salade Petit Cafe Preparation
Place the first six ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk together. Gradually whisk in the oil. If the mixture is too thick, add more oil. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
