Cooking Ingredients for Aioli Recipe

3 Egg yolks
6 Cloves garlic
1 tb Lemon juice
1/3 ts Salt
1 ds Tabasco
1 ds Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Freshly ground black pepper
1 c Extra virgin olive oil
3 tb Boiling water

Aioli Preparation

1. Mix yolks, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper in a food processor. Blend for 3 minutes. 2. Dribble oil in until it begins to thicken and is beginning to blend. 3. Add the rest of the oil. 4. Add in seasonings to taste. 5. Finish with boiling water and refrigerate immediately. Notes: For this tasty, tangy French-style garlic mayonnaise, use only top-quality, extra virgin olive oil and fresh-squeezed lemon juice. Volume 01 Number 434 on Jan 02, 1998
