Cooking Ingredients for Salsa Dressing (European-Style) Recipe

2 Red onions; finely chopped
2 Green peppers; seeded and
-diced
2 Green chillies; seeded and
-finely diced
1 cl Garlic; finely chopped
1 tb Olive oil
8 Plum or salad tomatoes;
-skinned, seeded and diced
1 Limes; juice of, up to 2
Salt

Salsa Dressing (European-Style) Preparation

Mix together the onions, green peppers, chiles, and garlic. Add the oil and juice of 1 lime. Add the tomatoes and stir well to slightly break down the tomato flesh. Adjust the seasoning with a good pinch of salt. The salsa should have a good balance of flavours. More lime juice may be needed to lift the other tastes.
