Cooking Ingredients for Salsa Pinwheels Recipe
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 c Thick And Chunky Salsa
2 tb Fresh Cilantro; Finely
-Chopped
6 Whole Wheat Tortillas
6 sl Smoked Turkey Breasts;
-Thinly Sliced
Salsa Pinwheels Preparation
Soften cheese and then stir in salsa and cilantro, blending well. Spread about 1/4 cup filling over each tortilla. Top with a slice of smoked turkey and roll up fairly tightly. Wrap each tortilla roll separately in plastic wrap and place, seam side down, in the freezer for about 5 minutes, until firm enough to slice. Cut into 1 slices and arrange the pinwheels on a platter.
