Salty Kugel Preparation

My mother”s recipe was done in 2 versions- Fleishig and Milchig. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350. PLACE PAN WITH SOME SHORTENING IN THE OVEN UNTIL MELTED. PLACE NOODLE MIXTURE IN THE HOT SHORTENING.
