2 oz Coconut water (up to 3)
1-1/2 oz Light rum
2 ts Fresh lime juice, or to
-taste
2 ts Sugar, or to taste
Ice cubes

Saoco Preparation

Finally, if you want to get fancy with the coconut water that you drained from your fresh coconut, Steven Raichlen says to make Saoco: Combine all of the ingredients except the ice in a shaker glass, and stir with a spoon until the sugar dissolves.
