Cooking Ingredients for Saucy Italian Zucchini Recipe
3 md Zucchini; thinly sliced
1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Italian seasoning; oregano,
-or basil
1 tb Butter or margarine
8 oz Can tomato sauce
1 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
-or
1/4 c Grated parmesan cheese
Saucy Italian Zucchini Preparation
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
