Cooking Ingredients for Sausage and Egg Casserole Recipe

1 lb Pork sausage; cooked and
-drained
2-1/4 c Milk
10 Eggs
1-1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Salt
1-1/2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
5 sl Bread; torn into pieces

Sausage and Egg Casserole Preparation

Mix milk, eggs, mustard and salt together in a large bowl. Add cooled sausage, cheese and bread. Pour into an ungreased 13×9 baking dish. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight. Bake @ 350 for 45-50 minutes. Check to see that center is firm, if not, bake a little longer.
