8 oz Monterey Jack cheese;
-shredded & softened
8 oz Cheddar cheese; shredded &
-softened
1/2 c Beer
1 ts Garlic powder
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/8 ts Salt
2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Tabasco sauce

Beer Cheese Spread Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a heavy-duty, zip-top blastic bag; push air out of bag, and seal. Knead bag with hands until mixture is blended and of spreading consistency. Serve with bagel chips. Recipe by: Southern Living by Nesb2@aol.com on Feb 23, 1998
