Cooking Ingredients for Spinach – Artichoke Casserole Recipe
1 Stick butter or oleo
2 pk (10 Oz.) frozen spinach
1 lg Can artichokes
1 pt Sour cream
1/2 c Onion; chopped
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper
Spinach – Artichoke Casserole Preparation
Cook spinach as directed. Drain well. Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together and place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Stir in Parmesan cheese and sprinkle some on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 8. Freezes well. by Diane Geary <diane@keyway.net> on Feb 24, 1998
