Free Recipe Spinach and Potato Pie

Cooking Ingredients for Spinach and Potato Pie Recipe
4 Eggs or 2 eggs and 1/2 cup
-egg substite, beaten
1 tb Milk; optional
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1-1/2 c Frozen hash brown potatoes
-with onions and peppers
1 pk Frozen chopped spinach;
-thawed, well drained
1/2 c Shredded Swiss; Mozzareall
-or Cheddar, cheese OR
-crumbled Feta cheese
Spinach and Potato Pie Preparation
Combine eggs, milk, if using, garlic salt and pepper. Add hashbrowns, spinach and cheese. Pour into well greased, 8 nonstick skillet. Cove and cook over Medium heat, 10-12 minutes, until soft in center, but golden on bottom. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered for 5 minutes. Cut in wedges.
