Spinach And Strawberry Salad Preparation
4 cups baby spinach torn into bite size pieces 2 shallots, minced 8 large strawberries sliced Dressing 2 tbsp olive oil 4 tsp orange juice 2 tsp balsamic vinegar 1/4 tsp salt white pepper to taste.
