; frozen spinach,
; cooked, rinsed, and
; squeezed dry
1 c Bottled mayonnaise
1/2 c Plain yogurt
2 ts Minced fresh tarragon
1 ts Fresh lemon juice
2 ts Minced fresh chives
Spinach Herb Sauce Preparation
In a blender puree the spinach with the mayonnaise, the yogurt, the tarragon, and the lemon juice until mixture is smooth and stir in the chives. Serve the sauce with chicken. Makes about 2 cups. Gourmet May 1992 Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
