Cooking Ingredients for Spinach Madelaine Recipe

2 pk Frozen spinach; copped,
-thawed, drained
2 tb Butter; (up to 4)
2 tb Flour
1 cn Evaporated milk (or more;
-usually more)
1 c Grated pepper jack cheese;
-(I use two) (up to 2)
1 sm Onion; chopped
Extra hot stuff; green
-chiles, salsa, hot pepper
-sauce, whatever you like
Sometimes mushrooms; about 8
-oz. sliced and sauted or
-other veggies
Buttered bread crumbs

Spinach Madelaine Preparation

Saute onion in butter. Add additional butter and make a white sauce with the flour and evaporated milk. Add cheese. When the cheese is melted, add spinach and any other veggies or mushrooms you like.
