2 pk Frozen chopped spinach;
-defrost and drain
Salt and pepper
4 Egg whites; or 2 eggs
2 c Cottage cheese; 1/2% fat
2 Onions
1/4 c Grated Parmesan cheese

Spinach Pie 2 2 Preparation
