Cooking Ingredients for Spinach Puree Recipe

1 lb Fresh spinach, cleaned
1/4 c Water
1/2 ts Salt
1 md Garlic clove, minced
1 Black pepper to taste

Spinach Puree Preparation

Cook the spinach without added water in a covered pot fro just a few minutes – until tender & very bright green. Transfer to a blender & with 1/4 cup water, puree till very smooth.
