1 pk Frozen chopped spinach
3 tb Melted butter
2 tb Chopped onion
1 ts Lemon juice
1-1/2 tb Powdered chicken stock
1 c Boiling water
1 c Milk
1 c Half-and-half cream
Pepper to taste
1/4 ts Nutmeg
Parmesan cheese; optional

Spinach Soup #1 Preparation
