6 oz Artichoke hearts, marinated
6 oz Cheese, Jarlsberg or Swiss

3 Tomatoes – cut into 1/2 p
1/3 c Caesar dressing – bottled
1 Cucumber, peeled

Spinach Tortellini Salad Preparation

Cook tortellini per package instructions (boil gently for 5-6 minutes!) drain the tortellini. Add remaining ingredients. Toss all ingredients to coat well; Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away. Makes 6 main-dish servings. Recipe By :
