1 tb (or 1 lb; depending) pepper
-flakes
1 ts Sugar
1 ts (i d go for a Tbsp myself)
-garlic; minced
1/4 c Lime juice

Add the rest of the stuff and toss in pan/wok 30 second. serve immediately thereafter. As an aside, i”d recommend this served over a bed of cold Basmati, or even Jasmine rice- garnish w/ mint.
