Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add the carrots, onions, celery, turkey ham, marjoram, liquid smoke and bay leaf. Return to a boil, then reduce the heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes to blend the flavors. Remove and discard the bay leaf before serving. Makes 4 main-disk servings NOTES: Nutritrion Info per serving: 228 calories, 2 g. fat, 6% Calories from fat, 4 mg. Cholesterol.
