Beer-Poached Polish Sausage Preparation

Preheat the grill. Place the beer in a skillet large enough to hold t sausage. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Prick the sausage and gently poach it in the beer 4 minutes per side. Drian. If using presoaked w chips or chunks or other flavorings, sprinkle them over the hot coal o rock of a gas grill. Brush the grid lightly with oil. Brush the saus lightly with oil.
