Cooking Ingredients for Sprouts-Stuffed Canapes Recipe

1 pk Canapes of desired shape
1 c Bean sprouts
1/2 c Finely chopped onion
1/2 c Finely chopped tomato
1/4 c Finely chopped coriander
1/4 c Finely chopped boiled potato
1/2 Lemon
Salt to taste
Freshly ground cummin seed
-powder
4 Green chillies finely
-chopped; (4 to 5)
1 c Fine bikaneri sev;
-(optional)
1/2 c Tamarind chutney
1/2 c Green chutney
Oil to deep fry or oven to
-bake

Sprouts-Stuffed Canapes Preparation

If using readymade canapes, they can be baked in a warm pre-heated oven till light-brown and crisp. OR Deep fry them till light brown. Drain on kitchen towel. Do all the canapes and keep them aside. Mix the onion, tomato, potatoes, half the coriander, lemon, salt and green chilli together. Chill it for some time. Before serving fill mixture in the canapes, put a dash of both chutneys on top.
