Cooking Ingredients for Squash Bars Recipe
4 Whole Eggs, Beaten
1/2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-(More If You Like)
1/2 c Onions, Chopped
2 tb Parmesan Cheese
1 c Bisquick® Baking Mix
2 tb Parsley, Chopped, Dry
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Oregano
1/2 ts Garlic Powder
1/2 c Oil
3 c Squash, Finely Sliced
Squash Bars Preparation
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add the remaining ingredients, except the squash. Stir until well blended. Fold in the squash & mix well. Pour into a well greased 9x13x2 baking pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for35-40 minutes or until top is light brown. Let cool about 10 minutes and cut into bars of desired size.
