Cooking Ingredients for Beet and Walnut Salad Recipe

3 Beets; cooked and peeled
2 Tart apples; peeled & cored
1/2 c Feta or goat cheese
1/2 c Walnuts
1/3 c Thinly sliced scallions
1/3 c Basic vinaigrette dressing

Beet and Walnut Salad Preparation
