3/4 lb Boneless beef sirloin steak;
-cut in 1/2 cubes
1 md Onion; chopped
2 cn (14.5 oz.) whole tomatoes,
-undrained; cut up
1 cn (15 oz.) spicy chili beans;
-undrained
2 Baking potatoes, unpeeeled;
-cut into 1/2 cubes
1/2 ts Cumin

Steak and Bean Chowder Preparation

Spray nonstick Dutch oven or large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef; cook and stir until no longer pink. Add onion; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; partially cover and simmer 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
