Cooking Ingredients for Steak Marinade #1 Recipe
1/4 c Oil
1/4 c Bourbon or dry sherry
2 tb Soy sauce
1 ts Worcestershire
1 ts Garlic powder
Several twists of peppermill
Steak Marinade #1 Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Add meat, tie securely and place in pan, in case bag breaks. If used to marinate roasts, place in refrigerator for one to two days; if steaks, allow at least 4 hours; if fish or chicken, at least 2 hours. Turn bag several times during marinating time.
