1 tb Lemon juice
1 tb Vinegar
1 dr Liquid smoke

Steak Marinade #2 Preparation

Pierce steak & sprinkle with unseasoned meat tenderizer & garlic salt. Mix all ingredients & marinate sirloin steak for 2 hours, turning once. Marinate round steak for 4 hours.
