1/4 c Rum
1 tb Shallots; chopped
4 tb Butter or margarine
1 tb Parsley; chopped
2 ts Lime juice
1/2 ts Tabasco pepper sauce
4 Beef steaks
Steak Port Antonio Preparation
In saucepan, combine rum and shallots; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes. Stir in butter, parsley, lime juice and tabasco sauce. Brush steaks with rum butter. Grill or broil 6 from heat. Cook about 8 minutes, turning steak once. Brush with rum butter occasionally. Heat any remaining rum butter to boil and serve with steaks. Serve with additional tabasco sauce if desired.
