100 g Frozen mixed vegies (thawed)
– peas, corn, carrots,
-string beans, etc (comes in
-a pack in the frozen
-section)
1 Egg substitute
2 ts Cornstarch
1 ts Sugar
2 ts Vegetarian Worcestershire
-sauce
2 ts Salt
1 tb Light soya sauce
Ground black pepper
Fresh parsley
Other herbs like rosemary,
-sage…. up to you!

Steamed Tofu `cake Preparation
