1-1/3 c Water
1 c Steel Cup Oats
1 ts Blackstrap Mollasses
1/2 c Dried currants
1/4 c Crushed pineapple
1 ts Cinammon
1 ts Nutmeg
2 ts Brown sugar
Steel-Cut Oat Breakfast Preparation
Boil water, oats, mollasses, currants, sugar. Turn down flame. Add remaining ingredients. Stir occasionally. Remove when all liquid has been absorbed ~ around 15-20 minutes. Serve hot.
