Cooking Ingredients for Sticky Chinese Chicken Wings Recipe

4 lb Chicken wings
2 c Brown sugar
1 c Sugar
1 Whole garlic bulbs; minced
1 c Hot water
2 ts Sesame oil
1 sm Bottle soy sauce

Sticky Chinese Chicken Wings Preparation
