Cooking Ingredients for Stir-Fried Pork and Cucumbers Recipe

1/2 lb Lean pork
1 tb Soy sauce
2 Cucumbers
2 tb Oil
1/4 ts Salt
3 dr Sesame oil; more or less

Stir-Fried Pork and Cucumbers Preparation

1. Slice pork thin against the grain. Add soy sauce to pork and toss. Slice cucumbers thin, but do not peel. 2. Heat oil. Add pork and stir-fry until it begins to brown (about 3 minutes). 3. Add cucumbers and salt; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes. Then cook, covered, over medium heat until done (about 1 to 2 minutes more). Sprinkle with sesame oil and serve at once.
